Bibles for Students - 1 Bible ($20.00)
Provide the Word of God in Amharic! We currently do not have funds to provide each of our pastoral students with a Bible of their own. Sometimes our students will go together with 2-3 other students and buy a Bible to share. Your gift of $20.00 will buy one Bible for our students. 100% of your money will go to Ethiopia. Where There Is No Doctor Health Care Handbook- 5 Books ($20.00)
Provide five health care handbooks. Currently we have been able to provide 60 villages with a copy of this book which saves lives. We have a Women's Health ministry where one of our female staff teach village women about important health guidelines. These handbooks are used at the text for these women's classes. Our schools have quite a few projects besides education. $25 will feed an Ethiopian baby for one month. $25 will also buy two blankets. Although Ethiopia is in Africa, the high elevation of some areas cause temperatures to be cold at night. Many people do not have any way to cover themselves. One blanket will cover three adults. 100% of your money will go to Ethiopia. We do not hold out any administration fees. All gifts are tax-deductible.

Though the operation cost is low for Ethiopians to teach and train Ethiopians, Ezra Rural Ministry must rely, for the most part, on the generosity of their brothers and sisters in Christ to build and support the work. Expenses include the director, teacher, and staff salaries, school and office rents and utilities, food and housing for live-in students, transportation, resources and materials, seminars, and the list goes on.

The students of the Ezra Rural Ministry Training Center are unable to bear the full cost of an education that in America would normally be covered by tuition. Most of them come from small rural villages where they find it hard to scratch out a living and where there is not any extra income with which to pay for additional education. Many are too poor to even buy a study Bible for their own personal use. Though the students have many years of experience in ministry, and have faithfully served their churches, most have not had any formal training in biblical studies. The mission of Ezra Rural Ministry is to provide that training.
