Bibles for Students

Just imagine studying the Bible...without a Bible.

Most of the students who attend Ezra Rural Ministry Training Center cannot afford a study Bible for their own personal use. Some students pool their resources in order to buy one to share amongst themselves while they train to become more effective pastors, evangelists, and church leaders. In Ethiopia, good study Bibles in the Amharic language cost 160 birr, which is equivalent to about 20 American dollars. This amount represents approximately one month's earnings for a poor farmer in a rural village.

In America, Ezra Rural Ministry raises money to buy study Bibles for graduating second-year students in the Diploma Program. If it could, Ezra Rural Ministry would raise enough money to buy study Bibles for every student attending its training center, whether a first-year Certificate student or a second-year Diploma student.

Nobody should have to study the Bible...without a Bible.

Please help us provide Bibles to students in their native language!
