What We Believe

1. We believe the Bible to be the inspired, only infallible, authoritative Word of God in the original autographs.  (Ps. 119:160; 2 Timothy 3:16)
   
   
2. We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.  (Deut. 6:4; Matt. 28:19; Luke 3:21-22.)
   
   
3. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father and in His personal return to power and glory. (John 1:1, 14; and all four Gospels)
   
   
4. We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential and that this salvation is received through faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord by grace and not as a result of good works. (Eph. 2:8-9; Rom. 9:16; Rom. 11:16; Titus 3:5; and Eph. 1:7)
   
   
5. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by Whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life and perform good works. (John 14:16-17; 1 Cor. 2:12-13)
   
   
6. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation. (Acts 24:15; Matt. 25:46)
   
   
7. We believe in the spiritual unity for believers in our Lord Jesus Christ. (Phil. 2:1-2; Eph. 2:19-22; Eph. 4:3-4; Titus 3:5-7)
